Catalog description

This is a basic course to broaden the student's knowledge of the business organization, emphasizing how the organizational structure can affect personnel, productivity, and ultimately the success of the firm. This course is required for the Business Management Program and is designed to assist any student who is wishing to become more knowledgeable about organization and management theory and promote in management. The course should stimulate thought and discussion of several aspects of management and provide a limited opportunity for public speaking. This course may be offered in a distance education format.
