Note: This course is complementary to, but independent from, AGEH 72 Organic Gardening Practices (Fall and Spring) <br> <br> This course is an introduction to Organic Gardening. It includes summer crops, irrigation, pests and cultural practices for growing a summer garden. Students will be planting crops for the season and encouraged to start their own garden plot.
