Catalog description
This course includes a study of California and Federal court systems. It provides a detailed analysis of all aspects of the criminal justice system, including the functions and relationships among its sub-systems and the procedures from incident to final disposition. The course also examines constitutional, federal, state, and civil law as it applies to and affects criminal justice. This course is required for Administration of Justice majors. This course may be offered in a distance education format.
