The focus will be on central concepts drawn from various disciplines, including our theological and spiritual traditions, which will be applied practically to issues such as working from one’s strengths, empowering volunteers, designing change, and analyzing ministerial settings in order to more effectively develop vibrant disciples and communities of faith.
