Catalog description

The Applied Positive Psychology course provides an in-depth study of applications of positive psychology to a variety of contexts including work, psychotherapy and assessment, education, and coaching/consultation. Students will learn how principles of positive psychology impact our well being across different contexts and cultures. Topics will include: Happiness, courage, self-compassion, creativity, meaning, communication, emotional intelligence, positive work, neuroscience, and psychological flexibility, among others.
