Catalog description

This course addresses the issue of population health in relation to advanced nursing practice. Students will develop awareness, knowledge and skills required to identify population parameters, the potential impact of the population-based approach to care, and the importance of designing interventions at the population level in advanced nursing practice. This course will address the issue of population health in relation to health disparities and epidemiological principles.
