Catalog description

This course focuses on designing and implementing a scholarly project in which research is translated into practice in the student’s specialty. The project benefits a group, population or community rather than an individual patient or family, and addresses identified need. Students develop the scholarly project with the guidance of faculty and community-based nursing experts. A total of 135 clinical practice hours are completed within the third semester of the DNP residency.
