International Capstone

Catalog description

This 7-week hybrid course is a comparative, analytical group project based on a selected component of healthcare organization, delivery, financing, or policy. It provides students with an excellent opportunity to explore and analyze a global health system via a virtual partnership collaboration and a short-term on-site residency. Students gain a greater appreciation and cultural sensitivity to healthcare experiences of other countries and produce an analytical report and presentation on their group’s chosen aspect of healthcare. This course requires instructor approval.
