Research Methods I

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with an overview of the research process. A variety of research designs will be covered including experimental, quasi-experimental, and non-experimental designs. Methods for gathering representative samples and controlling experiments will also be covered. Students will gain experience collecting and performing elementary statistics on data, and reviewing published research articles.
