This course introduces fundamental concepts and techniques of management science. Students will learn to apply mathematical models, statistical methods, and analytical approaches to solving business problems and improve decision-making. Key topics include decision analysis, forecasting, linear programming, inventory management, queuing, and simulation. Excel-based applications are integrated throughout the course to enhance students’ understanding of these topics. The course emphasizes practical applications in various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and transportation.
