The course explores marketing’s role in the product innovation process, beginning with new product policy as foundation, followed by choice of methodologies for developing and evaluating product concepts. Research methods for guiding product design and testing products are evaluated through hands-on assignments. The course culminates in launch planning approaches for the new product.
