The marketing research process, including problem definition, research design, questionnaire construction, sampling, data collection and analysis, and report preparation. Ethical issues and the value and limitations of marketing research. Prerequisite: BMKT 2601 and BQUA 2811 or equivalent. Offered: Fall, Spring.
