Economic, financial, legal and management issues peculiar to foreign operations. Problems in foreign exchange, international finance and marketing, and human resources management. Management of foreign investment, joint ventures and foreign subsidiaries. Technology transfer, foreign trade operations and the protection of intellectual property abroad. International economic policy and international corporate financial management. Prerequisite: BMGT 2501 .
