Catalog description

The course covers risk identification, implementing a risk management process along with assessing effective internal controls, AI governance and business processes. Emphasis on design of management monitoring controls, testing the controls and aligning organizational goals to the risk assessment. Short exercises and current events are used to reinforce application of these concepts.
