Catalog description

Introduction to the theory and practice of game creation and design for interactive home entertainment, arcade games, education, and multiplayer online environments. Students will study the history of games, game genres, game technology, organization, psychology, story and structure. Students will complete design assignments exploring topics discussed in class such as game prototyping, interface design and character creation.
