Catalog description

(Prerequisite: Senior Standing) This course provides an overview of health promotion in the worksite including supporting theories and critical issues such as management support, economic benefits, and worksite health promotion professional standards. Focus is on implementing worksite health promotion programs. Implementation phases include needs assessment/evaluation, effective interventions, program marketing and organizational development.
