Prerequisites: STAT 252 or STAT 253 , ACC 251 and ACC 252 , and FIN 251 . Intermediate Finance builds on the introductory course in finance ( FIN 251 ). The topics covered will include, Financial Planning and Short-Term Financing, Risk and Capital Budgeting, Capital Structure and Dividend Policy, Long-Term Financing, Derivatives and Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
