This course provides a mathematical foundation for higher level concepts required in computing. Topics include the study of sets, relations, logic, proofs, algorithms, counting methods, graph theory, trees, and Boolean algebras. Prerequisite: Grade of C or higher in CSCI 1470 and either MATH 1491 or MATH 1496, or consent of instructor
