Contemporary health issues as they relate to personal health and dispels myths and misconceptions. Health issues covered include stress management, substance abuse, alcoholism, smoking as an addiction, sexuality, marriage, birth, sexually transmitted diseases, nutrition, cancer, aging and death, and obesity.
