| Section notes: This course reviews introductory topics in property Iaw and in tax law to provide students with a firm foundation in property law concepts and taxation of persons and businesses at the state and federal levels. Topics such as intellectual property, personal property, real property, estates, leases and insurance law as well as tax preparation and audits and appeals are discussed from the perspective of how law firms guide clients in navigating legal issues that arise in business transactions. | |||
