Catalog description
An examination of the use and capabilities of the machine tool groups. An advanced course for students wishing to have a comprehensive knowledge of machine shop operations in terms of set-up, machine feeds, tool and cutter sharpening, and electrical discharge machining. Prerequisite: IND 125 or consent of instructor. Semester Hour(s): 3 hour(s) Lecture / Lab Hours: 2 lec/2 lab/week
