Part 1: This laboratory course reinforces fundamental principles and concepts of astronomy by applying the scientific method through experiments, observations, and/or simulations. Part 2: Formally ASTR 100L: Explores techniques used to study properties of celestial objects and astronomical phenomena. Field trips to local planetaria and/or dark sky locations may be included.
