Catalog description
Occupation-specific wellness and fitness principles to prepare those who respond to emergencies, accidents, local and national disasters, and terrorist attacks. Physical fitness concepts and activities prepare the student for any threat, whether physical, environmental, or psychological. Individualized fitness assessment, health and fitness profile, and exercise prescription will be provided.
