Catalog description

Introduction to various professional roles in teaching, student populations, career paths, academic requirements, experience levels, and credentials required for a career in teaching. Students may participate in experiential service-learning, apprenticeship, internship, or volunteer hours in various teaching environments with teacher mentors or other professionals in the education field. Students will develop an educational plan with career objectives.
