Catalog description

This course explores the theories and techniques of leadership and group process. Emphasis is placed on leadership styles, theories of group dynamics, and the moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership. Upon completion, students should be able to identify and analyze a personal philosophy and style of leadership and integrate these concepts in various practical situations. (1997 SU) This course has been approved to satisfy the following requirement(s): | Premajor and/or Elective course for A.A. and A.S. | Humanities/Fine Arts Gen. Ed. course for A.A.S. and A.G.E.
