Catalog description

Students are introduced to the world's regions and civilizations as interconnected entities from antiquity to 1500. Students will examine the fundamental economic, social, political, and ideological elements of human culture in historical context. Students are also introduced to the ideas and accomplishments of significant men and women in each period and region.
