Catalog description
Students will learn the history and philosophy of administration of justice including law enforcement, the courts, and corrections. Students study the responsibilities of criminal justice agents, legal frameworks, and the role of the justice system in a pluralistic society. Students will also explore the concepts of crime causation, punishments and rehabilitation, and training standards of criminal justice personnel.
