Intercollegiate Cross-Country - Women

Catalog description

Student athletes will practice and participate in women's intercollegiate cross country competition. Emphasis is placed on the development of cross country-specific skills, competitive performance, team strategy, and knowledge of rules and etiquette. Instruction supports diverse learning needs and promotes inclusive participation. Students also develop leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, and strategies for balancing academic and athletic responsibilities. This course may be repeated while the student remains eligible under California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) regulations.
