Catalog description
Students are introduced to the origins, current status, and future trends of major transnational issues confronting the global community. They will study current world population trends, and explore meeting human needs for food, water, energy, and health care. Issues addressed include human rights, global inequality, international conflict and security concerns, environmental problems and our collective global responsibility to future generations.
