Elementary French

Catalog description

Students will continue to develop elementary skills in listening, reading, speaking and writing. Students acquire vocabulary and grammatical structures and patterns necessary for comprehension of standard spoken and written French at the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) Novice High to Intermediate Low sub-levels. The course provides insights into the diversity of French and francophone cultures and civilizations.
