Catalog description

This course will provide students with the opportunity to apply leadership principles and theories by researching a leadership problem or issue within a business or organization and proposing practical solutions. The student will compose a formal paper that will include a literature review to compare and contrast differing perspectives related to their chosen leadership problem or process. The student will also offer realistic proposals to solve the defined leadership problem and then compose and deliver a presentation suitable for an interprofessional audience.
