Catalog description

This course introduces students to special aspects of veterinary medicine, including emergency care of the critically ill patient. General care, anatomy and physiology, and surgical and medical nursing of avian, reptile, and small mammal species will be co vered. This course may include a variety of guest speakers and requires that students participate in on -site laboratories and/or field trips for hands- on practice. A grade of C or higher is required to pass this course.
