Catalog description

This course focuses on ethical theory and practice in business, including models of corporate social responsibility, rights and responsibilities of employees, marketing ethics, and workforce diversity. Students will distinguish between ethics and law, describe corporate culture, and analyze relevant ethical dilemmas. PSY 1: General Psychology 3.0 units/45 hours This course covers the study of human behavior, moral development, and psychological theory as it applies to the individual, group, and community. Behavioral disorders and treatment, social perceptions, emotions and motivation, social influence, and group processes are topics included in this course.
