Human Resource Management

Catalog description

This course presents the major elements of human resource practices, retention, performance evaluation, compensation, education, and succession planning. Students will learn to analyze and evaluate how human resource management is applied in different heal th care settings. An emphasis is placed on strategic planning for health care organizations using the major elements of human resource management. A grade of C or higher is required to pass this course.
