Intercollegiate Cross Country - Women

Catalog description

This course is intended for members of the Women's Intercollegiate Cross-Country team, incorporating comprehensive instruction and training. Instruction focuses on developing essential skills, fostering knowledge, honing techniques, devising effective strategies, optimizing conditioning, and teamwork essential for success in intercollegiate cross-country competition. Emphasizing a commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Anti-Racism, and Accessibility (DEIAA), the course provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all student athletes. This course may be taken three times for credit.
