Stage Combat.

Catalog description

This course focuses on specific stage combat disciplines with compulsory techniques. Students learn hand-to-hand combat, rapier and dagger, and other forms of violence found on stage and film. Each stage combat technique is taught for safety, theatrical commitment, and believability within a dramatic context. Prerequisite: Junior standing or permission from the instructor.
