Catalog description

Students examine areas of study, research, and professional practice within special education. Students will critically analyze current and emerging research and explore the historical, legal, philosophical, and theoretical foundations of the field to evaluate how these foundations inform contemporary policies, instructional practices, and leadership decisions. Prerequisite: Admission to the Ed.D. Program in Special Education.
