Catalog description

Students apply linguistic and cultural knowledge to accurately interpret Spanish and English oral communication. Students learn essential skills and demonstrate professional standards for effective interpreting in health care settings. This course is taught predominantly in Spanish. Prerequisite: Permission of Department Chair.
