Catalog description

Students learn to apply the processes and pedagogy of critical inquiry and critical thinking theories and applications appropriate for children in grades 4-8. Attention is given to advanced literacy instruction embedded within the content areas of social studies and English language arts and reading. Prerequisite: Admission to Educator Preparation Program, READ 3373 and READ 3374 .
