Catalog description

Students examine a group of statistical techniques, collectively known as latent variable models, which are used to measure constructs that are not directly observable. Instruction covers the conceptual background and statistical application of these models. Topics may include factor analysis, structural equation modeling, latent class analysis, and latent growth curve modeling. Prerequisite: PSYC 5387 .
