Students gain an overview of the development of nonprofit organizations, examining their history, roles, and types. Topics may include nonprofit and government relations, nonprofit and business relations, nonprofit and policymaking, nonprofits in an international context, and organizational issues. Prerequisite: 6 hours of POLS.
