Catalog description

Students examine the nature and meaning of art by exploring a variety of aesthetic philosophies. Students analyze aesthetic experience and practice criticism of artworks through focused treatment of relevant themes which may include perception, experience, form, creativity, culture, and value. This course satisfies three semester hours of the Fine Arts requirement for BA Degree Program.
