Catalog description

Students explore an in-depth study of human gross anatomy, with an emphasis on the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary systems. Additionally, students study embryology and the development of the human body across the lifespan. Along with didactic lectures, laboratory experiences include anatomical models and cadaver dissection to establish a strong anatomical foundation. Prerequisite: Admission into the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program.
