Catalog description

Students are introduced to the concepts of leadership and management for application in practice settings. Theories relating to nursing, culture, models of care, culture, evidence-based practice, process change, and concepts of health care delivery are explored and support transition from student to the professional nurse role. Prerequisite: Admission to the Nursing Program.
