Catalog description

Students are provided an understanding of the relationships between theory and composition. This may include original and imitative work in composition, experience with acoustic and electronic media and a basic understanding of the relationships among musical structures. Prerequisite: MUSI 2223 with a C or better is required for music majors only; or permission of instructor for non-majors.
