Students examine theories and applications from the behavioral sciences as they relate to understanding, predicting, and managing individual and group behavior in organizational settings. The course may covers organizational behavior frameworks used to enhance managerial and team performance, with an emphasis on leadership, followership, team dynamics, communication, conflict, and ethics. Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
