Students prepare for careers in announcing broadcast journalism across television, radio, live streaming video, podcasting and emerging broadcast formats. Emphasis may be placed on voice and movement techniques for television news, broadcast announcing styles, effective interviewing techniques, and specialized announcing at events, such as sports and entertainment venues.
