Catalog description

This course will include a study of the development of the natural number system, the development of the integers, the development of the rational number system, and the development of the real number system. It is specifically designed for teachers with a mathematics specialization who wish to obtain the master's degree in education with a minor in mathematics. Prerequisite: Middle school mathematics certification and MATH 3384 or equivalent.
