Catalog description

Students focus on solving mathematical problems, including the use of proof as well as graphical and numerical methods. The course extends and connects concepts from algebra, geometry, and calculus, including functions, graphs, complex numbers and number systems. This course may be applied only toward teacher certification. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in MATH 3300 ; Advanced standing in mathematics.
