Students engage in an in-depth study of specialized subjects; may be repeated as topics vary. Examples of topics may include: Multicultural literature; eBooks and audiobooks, and other variations in materials; nonfiction for children and young adults. Elective. Prerequisite: Appropriate required courses and approval of the Department Chair.
